Due to the perishable and custom nature of our floral arrangements, all sales are final. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed. Orders may be canceled up to 12 hours before delivery. Same-day orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun.
